Ted Borgstadt, CEO, Chairman and co-founder

Ted R. Borgstadt is the co-founder and the Chairman of TrestleTree, a health transformation company. Mr. Borgstadt has invested the last 10 years focused on the physical and fiscal health of an individual, the family, the workplace and the community. Prior to starting TrestleTree, he owned retail pharmacies in northwest Arkansas. Borgstadt is a speaker at national health benefit conferences and is a guest lecturer at the University of Arkansas' Walton School of Business. He serves on the Washington State University School of Pharmacy Dean's Advisory Council and as a founding Board member of LifeSource International, Fayetteville, AR a non-profit organization with a holistic approach to support families; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Borgstadt is the co-author of "Guide to Consumer Directed Health Care", Thompson Publishing, April 2006 press.

Adam Parisi, Vice President of Business Operations

Adam Parisi joined TrestleTree, Inc. in June, 2007 as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Parisi brings a wealth of management experience to the job based on his thirteen-year tenure in sales/marketing and information systems at Tyson Foods, Inc., where he led business ventures in positions including Director of Sales Operations, Director of Trade Marketing, Director of e-Business, and other leadership roles. His previous experience also includes consulting positions with the American Heart Association and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Parisi holds a Bachelor of Science, Management Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Mr. Parisi can also be found volunteering his time in many community endeavors, including the Cub Scouts, youth athletics, church, and Watch Dog Dads.

Becky Parker, Vice President of Coach Opertaions

Becky D. Parker, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist who joined TrestleTree in 2005 and serves as the Vice President of Coach Operations. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas, her B.S. from the University of Florida, and completed her post doctoral fellowship at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. As the Vice President of Coach Operations, Dr. Parker oversees the overall coaching programs and the training process of TrestleTree Personal Health Coaches. She is committed to promoting the life-giving work that TrestleTree Coaches do each day with participants to reach their health goals and to lead happier, more satisfying lives. Across her career, Dr. Parker has dedicated herself to the prevention and treatment of problematic behaviors, with special attention given to change theories and processes. In addition to her work at TrestleTree, she has taught Psychology courses at the University of Arkansas and maintains a private practice in Fayetteville, AR.

Chuck Browning, CFO

Chuck Browning holds a degree in finance and economics from the University of Arkansas. In 1996 he cofounded Capital USA, a private investment bank whose principle shareholder was Alice Walton, the daughter of Wal-Mart Stores founder Sam Walton. In 2000 Capital USA was sold to a major US investment bank. In 2001 Chuck joined and partnered with a premier shopper-marketing agency, ThompsonMurray, whose primary clients were Wal-Mart Stores and Procter and Gamble. In 2003 Chuck facilitated the sale of ThompsonMurray to Saatchi and Saatchi North America. Since 2003 Chuck has served as the CFO of the newly formed entity Saatchi and Saatchi X. During that time Chuck assisted in the development of 11 global Saatchi and Saatchi X offices, subsidiaries in New York and Chicago, and the acquisition of one of Fast Company magazine's top-rated businesses for 2007. Chuck has also served on many non-profit boards and currently serves on the board of directors of Signature Bank of Arkansas.

Dan Graovac, EVP, Marketing & Client Services

Dan Graovac joined TrestleTree in 2008 as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Client Services. Mr. Graovac brings many years of healthcare experience to our leadership team. Prior to joining TrestleTree, Mr. Graovac held several positions with the healthcare business of Thomson Reuters, including VP Strategic Relationships, Director of New Market Initiatives, and Director of Client Services. His previous experience also includes consulting positions with Hewitt Associates and Towers Perrin. Mr. Graovac holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Health Services Administration degree from the University of Michigan. He also devotes his time to coaching and mentoring athletes with Team in Training. He enjoys spending time with his family, running marathons, and fishing.

Paula Wardlow, Controller

Paula Wardlow joined TresteTree, Inc. as controller in April 2006. Previously she was a Business Manager for Raytheon Company for 14 years. Raytheon is an industry leader in defense and government electronics, space, information technology, technical services, and business aviation and special mission aircraft. Paula's experience includes management of financial data, budgets, proposals, monitoring contracts, performance measurement, internal audits, and five-year forecasting. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. in Accounting, she began her career as an accountant at Ames Oil & Gas Corp. in Houston, Texas.

Tamela K. Thomas, Director of Compliance

Ms. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio State University, an M.B.A. from Ohio State University and has a Diploma in Hospital Administration from Instituto Comillas de Administraction y Direccion de Empresas, Madrid, Spain. Ms. Thomas was Compliance Manager for PhyCor IPA Management in Dallas, Texas. She held the position of Director of Credentialing and Clinical Programs for Patient-Physician Network Holding Company of Plano, Texas. She was Director, Medical Management with Esse Health in St. Louis, Missouri. She was Director, Quality Management with Physician Directed Quality Review in Dallas, Texas and held several management and professional positions with Aetna Health Plans in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Thomas is currently Operations Manager for TrestleTree, Inc. Her professional experience includes development and documentation of policies and procedures, utilization management and credentialing, process improvement based on the principals of Six Sigma, health care regulations including HIPAA and ERISA and supervision and mentoring of clinical and non-clinical staff. In addition, she is fluent in Spanish.

Beth Irwin-Clay, Director of Coach Operations

Dr. Irwin-Clay serves as the Director of Coach Operations for TrestleTree. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas and her B.A. with Honors from Hendrix College. Prior to joining TrestleTree, Dr. Irwin-Clay was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for 14 years. She served as Director of Behavioral Sciences for the Area Health Education Center - Northwest where she trained Family Medicine residents, maintained a part-time clinical practice, and was part of a research team investigating behavior change of patients served by a family practice clinic. As the Director of Coach Operations, Dr. Irwin-Clay provides direct supervision of coaches. She conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure that each coach continues to progress and to meet the high standards for personal health coaching set by TrestleTree.

Kurt Luker, Director of Clinical Services

Mr. Luker is a registered pharmacist and Certified Disease Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in pharmacy. He maintains credentials as a Certified Disease Manager in asthma, diabetes, and dyslipidemia from the National Institute for Standards in Pharmacy Credentialing administered by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. He has worked as a staff pharmacist at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas with special training in critical care, OR, and neonatal satellite pharmacies, as well as a staff pharmacist, and manager of The Medicine Shoppe in Rogers, Arkansas with extensive training in pharmaceutical compounding and formulation. He has served as the pharmacy representative on the multidisciplinary team for St. Mary's Hospice in Rogers, Arkansas. Mr. Luker is TrestleTree's senior clinical staff person and serves as the Clinical Quality Committee Team Leader providing guidance on a variety of operational and clinical issues. In addition to his clinical duties, Mr. Luker serves as TrestleTree's HIPAA Security Officer.

Cory Ward, Director of Information Technology

Cory Ward serves as the Director of Information Technology for TrestleTree. Prior to joining TrestleTree, Cory was employed with Accenture, Inc. serving as Senior Software Development Lead with the eDemocracy Services division overseeing the design, development, and quality assurance of Accenture Elections Voter Registration Software. Prior to accepting his position with Accenture, he was Senior Software Engineer and Development Lead with Relativity, Inc. a national provider of public safety, police, and document management software. Prior to his time at Accenture and Relativity, he served as Senior Software Engineer and Development Lead for companies in the health, information management, hazardous waste, and travel industries.

Kali Davis, Client Services Associate

Kali Davis serves as TrestleTree's Client Services Associate. Kali holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, with a specialization in advertising and public relations, from the University of Arkansas. She joined TrestleTree from Tyson Foods, Inc., where she held reporting and analytical roles in the retail sales department of consumer products. As TrestleTree's Client Services Associate, Kali strives to meet clients' needs and provide timely reporting and communications to each valued client. In addition to her work at TrestleTree, Kali dedicates her time to a University of Arkansas alumnae chapter that focuses on serving collegiate women on campus.

Board of Directors

Joe T. Hays

President and Managing Partner of Diamond State Ventures, was an advisor or interim executive to numerous small businesses for fourteen years prior to the creation of Diamond State Ventures. His experiences include strategy development, M&A advisory, growth capital placement and crisis management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies, the University of Arkansas Medical System Biotechnology Center, and is Vice President of the Southern Regional Association of SBICs. Mr. Hays is an honors graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Randy Laney

Mr. Laney is the President of Bentonville Associates, a targeted consulting firm that engages in strategic consulting and investment activities through Board representation and capital formation advisory services. Mr. Laney has enjoyed a long, distinguished career building businesses, providing critical corporate guidance and customer care. For nearly 30 years, Mr. Laney has led some of the world's most successful retail/service establishments, as well as leveraging his vast experience to co-found or found three companies. The bulk of his professional career was spent at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., where he rose to the office of Treasurer and Vice President of Finance for the retail giant. He also served as Chief Administrative Officer of Flagstar (now Advantica) and as Chairman and CEO of Rally's Hamburgers. Mr. Laney has a Bachelor of Science, 1976, and Juris Doctorate, 1989, from the University of Arkansas

Joel Wood

Mr. Wood is a Partner with Delta Capital Management and joined the firm in 2002 to identify and evaluate investment opportunities. Joel maintains an active position in eight portfolio companies, serving each as a Board member or an advisor. Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Wood was a Vice President in the medical technologies group of Dain Rauscher Wessels, concentrating on health care information technology and medical device companies. During his investment banking career, Mr. Wood has advised numerous companies on financing and strategic initiatives including private equity, public financings and M&A transactions. Before joining Dain, Mr. Wood was a Vice President with Stephens Inc., where he focused on technology and health care companies. Mr. Wood was also with the investment banking group of Morgan Keegan and Company, Inc., as a generalist. Mr. Wood began his career in finance with the U.S. corporate group of Wachovia Bank, working on large corporate credit transactions. He received a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree with High Honor from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Todd Wood

Mr. Wood is an attorney in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with practice concentrations in real estate law and franchise law. Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Wood practiced at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP from 1991 through 2002, where he specialized in products liability, insurance defense and commercial litigation. Mr. Wood received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree, with high distinction, from the University of Arkansas in 1988. In 1991, he earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he served as Assistant Editor of the Law Journal.

Orlo Dietrich

Mr. Dietrich has been involved in numerous healthcare-related companies in a variety of roles including investor, board member, or advisor since 1998. Mr. Dietrich left Baxter Healthcare in 1985 to start his own Company (Burgett & Dietrich) and from 1985 until 1992, he led the Company in developing and managing 140 managed care networks in 33 states for over 100 clients including 45 Fortune 500 companies and developing a third party administration (TPA) designed to function in a managed care environment. In 1992, he merged his Company with CoreSource, a national TPA and workers' compensation company and served as the Chief Operating Officer. In 1995, he was instrumental in extracting his former firm from CoreSource and selling it to CNA Insurance Company. He served as the President and CEO until 1998. Mr. Dietrich was a pilot in the United States Marine Corps for five years and holds a BA degree from the University of Arkansas and a Commercial Pilot's License.

Dwight Mankin

Prior to serving as a TrestleTree board member, Mr. Mankin served as TrestleTree's Chief Executive Officer. He was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Avidyn Health, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiserv, Inc, a $3.9 billion dollar FORTUNE 500 organization publicly traded on NASDQ. While at Avidyn Health, Mr. Mankin was responsible for all top line revenue growth and consistently achieved double digit growth during his tenure. Prior to accepting his position with Avidyn, Mr. Mankin was Executive Vice President and Co-founder of ValueCHECK, Inc., a utilization review, case management and disease management company. While co-founding ValueCHECK, Mr. Mankin was also Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing for ppoONE.com, a start-up e-health, B2B software company providing Internet-based PPO administration and re-pricing software, data center and outsourcing services. Both ValueCHECK and ppoONE were sold to Fiserv in January of 2003. Prior to his time at ValueCHECK and ppoONE, Mr. Mankin held various sales management positions with Intracorp, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cigna Corporation a FORTUNE 100 company. Intracorp was the nations largest provider of utilization review and case management services, where he held the position of National Sales Vice President. Throughout his career, Mr. Mankin has served on numerous state-wide and national committees focused on managed healthcare issues. Mr. Mankin received his BA degree from Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska and holds an MBA degree from the University of Dallas in Dallas Texas.

In an effort to create a more organized World Wide Web, the W3C has created many new Web layout standards. The key focus of their effort is to provide the best possible interoperability between the different browsing programs available.

In the days of the browser wars between Netscape and Microsoft, many hacks were propagated by the competing companies. However, today these hacks have done more to hurt the Web than to help the battling companies. By downloading and installing one of the programs listed above, the Web will be one step closer to eliminating these hacks and bugs.
