A national leader in the wood products industry has partnered with TrestleTree to provide an innovative obesity and weight management program for employees and spouses. The results of this partnership reveal:
- 85.4% of participants lost an average weight of 15.87 pounds within the first seven months of the program.
- 78.7% of the participants began the program unmotivated in their exercise goal and only 2.13% were actively exercising regularly. Currently, 29.79% are actively exercising three times a week for at least 30 minutes of continuous activity per week.
- 72.91% of participants at the start of the program were considered unmotivated when it came to making healthy food choices and only 6.25% were actively making healthy choices. After seven months of individualized interaction with their personal health coach, 41.67% are now actively making healthy food choices.

TrestleTree has been a focal point for the efforts regarding health and wellness for a nationally known transportation company. Over a period of two and a half years, this transportation company has seen the following measurable and sustainable changes for over 3,400 employees and spouses who have been or are, active in TrestleTree's programs.
- 8% of participants exercised weekly when they started the program and 79.7% of people were marginally motivated or unmotivated to change their exercise behaviors.
- Currently 44% of participants report that they exercise three times per week for at least 30 minutes of continuous activity.
- 55% of participants smoked at the onset of the program and the vast majority of those people (84.7%) were marginally motivated or unmotivated to change that behavior.
- Results show us that at present, 42% have quit smoking and 39% are reducing down to a final quit date.
- 64% of participants had a BMI >30 when they first enrolled in the program and 82.4% of those people were marginally motivated or unmotivated to change their behavior.
- Presently, 46% of participants have lost weight; an average of 13lbs.
