Complete data sharing agreement

FIRST TIME REGISTERING AN IHEALTH ACCOUNT?

Click the button below and select the "Create Account" option. Once your account is created you'll be directed to the data sharing agreement where you'll click the "Link" button at the bottom, and you're done! Your new account will be used in step 2.

ALREADY HAVE AN IHEALTH ACCOUNT?

If you've previously received an iHealth device from TrestleTree or you already have an iHealth device of your own, you can sign in using your existing account by clicking the button below. After signing in, you'll be directed to the data sharing agreement where you'll click the "Link" button at the bottom, and you're done!

Download the iHealth MyVitals app

Use the QR code below or this link to download the iHealth MyVitals App.

Make sure you install the latest iHealth app and not the legacy version.

Login to the “iHealth MyVitals” app with the email address that you used to complete the data sharing authorization (these emails must be the same so your Coach can receive your data and help monitor your progress).

Connect your device and track your progress

After you complete the steps above, we'll send you a free wireless device. Use the instruction booklet included with your device to connect your device with the app and start tracking your progress!

You're now ready to start using your device and tracking your progress while you work with your Trestletree Health Coach!
