Sign up and work with a TrestleTree Health Coach on weight loss.

Complete an agreement to share your weight with your Coach, start weighing using your wireless scale and continue weighing weekly.

Talk with your doctor about which weight loss medication is right for you and get a written prescription.


Go to your pharmacy and pick up your prescription (Rx).

Continue to talk with your TrestleTree Coach and take your medication appropriately.
Who qualifies?

Individuals with a BMI of 30 or higher.

Individuals with a BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related chronic condition, like diabetes or high blood pressure.
Benefits

Pfizer pays 100% for your coaching and you only pay a normal co-pay fee for anti-obesity medication.

Who can join:

18 Years or older

Previous diagnosis of gestational diabetes

Recent blood test in the pre-diabetes range

Score of 5 or higher on the Prediabetes Risk Test

Overweight with one of the following:
