This TrestleTree participant wanted to lose weight and struggled to find time to plan for her weight loss. She and her Health Coach focused on identifying her obstacles and developing a comprehensive plan that would be sustainable. Her greatest challenge was overcoming the feeling of guilt for spending time to improve her health. She and her Health Coach identified ways to work through this barrier as she implemented changes to her nutrition and exercise habits.
