This TrestleTree participant engaged in health coaching to improve consistency with exercise and control her high blood pressure. She and her Health Coach discussed realistic exercise goals, which were initially limited due to her schedule. They worked with her available time and created a sustainable exercise schedule to fit her lifestyle. Even with a job change and associated stressors, she is determined to maintain the changes she learned in coaching and find ways to increase physical activity with her family in the evening! Additionally, with regular monitoring, she found her blood pressure decreased into a safe range, testament to the positive changes she made with her health!
